Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivered teaching across a diverse range of post-16 and higher education BTEC Art and Design programmes, including A Level Fine Art, Graphic Design and Photography, UAL Diploma and Extended Diploma in Fine Art, Foundation Diploma in Art & Design, and HND Art Practice.
Held Personal Tutor responsibilities across Levels 3, 4 and 5, providing high-quality pastoral support, delivering Personal Development programmes including Fundamental British Values and Prevent, and monitoring learner progress through the college's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to promote achievement, retention and positive outcomes.
Led and contributed to quality assurance processes, including internal verification of assessment and project briefs, standardisation and benchmarking activities, ensuring consistency, fairness and rigorous academic standards across programmes.
